On April 21, 2021, Rabobank and Ludwig & Van Dam Franchise Attorneys presented a report on developments in the franchise industry. Franchise is, at its core, a powerful business model for the retail industry. The new franchise legislation calls for a reconsideration of the agreements between franchisors and franchisees.
