Franchise is, at its core, a powerful business model for the retail industry. The new franchise legislation calls for a reconsideration of the agreements between franchisors and franchisees. Due to various market developments, including increasing competition and the growth of online, the strategy has to be re-analyzed. We elaborate on these topics in this report.
