About fifteen shopkeepers are leaving Bruna because they don’t earn a penny from customers who buy online. Franchisees of Albert Heijn are also not happy.

The Bruna retailers refuse to sign the new conditions that the book chain has drawn up for its franchisees. A spokesman for Bruna confirms this.
