On September 16, Mr. Ludwig discuss various legal aspects involved in franchise relationships during a course organized by the NFV. The following areas of attention will be discussed, among others: exclusive districts, competition through internet sales, how to deal with financial forecasts, non-competition clauses, relationship with any sublease agreement and changes within franchise formulas. The course, which will be held at the Hema distribution center in Utrecht, is open to interested parties. Further information and registration is possible via the NFV.
