On Friday, April 11 at 11:30 a.m., Mr. Th.R. Ludwig a course for franchisees at the franchise fair in Hoevelaken. The course is organized in consultation with the Dutch Franchise Association. Various legal aspects will be discussed, such as the duration of the agreement, the relationship between the franchise agreement and internet sales, exclusive purchasing, non-compete clauses, sublease constructions, financial forecasts for the benefit of franchisees, the franchisor’s duty of care in this regard, et cetera. Registration can take place via the NFV.
