Biography
During his studies, Remy Albers worked at a bailiff’s office where he gained several years of experience in the collection and litigation practice. After working in the IT industry for almost five years, he started working at a law firm in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. At this office, Remy has mainly been involved in general practice. Since 2013 he has been a attorney at Ludwig & Van Dam Advocaten. Since then he has worked in both the advisory and litigation practice and assists both franchisors and franchisees (on an individual basis or in a collective context). In addition, Remy Albers regularly publishes in various trade journals.
