Biography
Dennis Uijlenbroek was sworn in as attorney in 2012. During and after his studies, he worked for a debt collection agency for some time, after which he joined Ludwig & Van Dam attorneys in 2012. In 2017, he made the switch to the corporate world, where he specialized as a (senior) legal counsel in energy law and (international) energy and commodity trading at one of the largest energy companies in the Netherlands and a renowned trading house in sustainable commodities until October 2024. During this time, he gained extensive experience in contracting, advising and negotiating within an international, multidisciplinary setting. In November 2024, he decided it was time to pick up his old practice again and returned to the “old nest”. Dennis mainly focuses on the advisory and litigation practice, for both Dutch and international parties.
